PEWE Aeration Technology
The heart of the aeration technology behind the PEWE syrup clarifier is the ROGUE MAX RGT™pump. The regenerative turbine design creates the specific conditions for dissolving air efficiently. Coupled with the PEWE syrup clarifier, this super air saturator releases uniform 20-30 micron bubbles into the flotation system and effectively floats fine suspended solids.

The separation technology behind the SugAire Clarifier™ is the precision engineered Tru Counter-Cross Flo™ plate pack. Based on physical principles of Stoke's Law, the design creates the specific conditions for separating particles along the surface of the plates and segregating them while the clarified syrup exits.

PEWE Vessel & Plate Pack
The SugAire Clarifier™ chassis is very robust for handling heavy solids and high temperatures. Available in all welded carbon steel or AISI 304/316 stainless steel, the vessel is standard with 0.125" plate. Additionally, the Tru Counter-Cross Flo™ plate pack can also be ordered in a custom material specification to meet customer temperature, viscosity and load requirements.
