PEWE G²-SEP® Innovation

This plate settler clarifier, also known as a Lamella Clarifier, is an excellent choice for efficient solids removal. The unique technology built into each PEWE G²-SEP® Plate Settler maximizes settle-able solids removal while minimizing chemistry usage. The chassis and vessel standard construction is AISI 304SS. With the Tru Counter Flo® plate pack and weir system, the G²-SEP® Plate Settler operates by precise control of an optional PEWE Command Control automated panel. A pipe flocculator is available for chemical efficacy enhancement as well.

G²-SEP® Technology

The heart of the separation technology behind the PEWE G²-SEP® Plate Settler is the precision engineered ISO-FRP plate pack. Based on physical principles of Stoke’s Law, the design creates the specific conditions for separating particles along the surface of the plates within the Lamella Clarifier and segregating them to the sediment cone(s) while the water exits for reuse or discharge.

Maximum Efficiency, Minimum Footprint.

The G²-SEP® chassis is very robust for handling heavy solids. The all welded AISI 304 stainless steel vessel is standard with 0.125″ plate. Custom steel material and thicknesses are available to suit your particular application. Additionally, the ISO-FRP plate pack can also be ordered in a custom material specification to meet temperature, viscosity and load requirements.
